Certain members of staff have horrendous customer service skills. It?s a shame as most of the staff are great.

I am writing this as I am so severely disappointed in the service I have had, it is driving me to tear. Felt so lucky to be able to send flowers directly to Mum on the day. My Mum will be 88 this year, can you imagine. I can send photos? Please advise.

Got denied an energy drink when I?m clearly over the age with my car keys in hand by a orange haired lady. And what makes it worse is the guy next to me didn?t even get questioned about his ID. A JOKE.

We live nearby and it's great popping in here for essentials. Have a good selection and considering it's a wee store the mark up isn't as bad as I expected. Open late and staff are nice. Love having this on our doorstep

Woman with red hair has extremely bad attitude, went to buy my lunch and thought id get some cigerettes at the same time, i went to the kiosk and she said "honest to god, theres a self scan" and huffed and sighed, cant get cigerettes at the self scan, can i?
