Rude staff never at the tills. Very rude to customers. When you point to them they are not at tills they respond with abuse. Disgusting.

I have been shopping at this Sainsbury’s for over a decade now, on most days self service machines are faulty and staff members are rude and condescending.
Sainsbury’s Local is ideal for customers who prefer the convenience of smaller shopping trips or grabbing food on the go. We wanted to provide a place where our customers can purchase their goods quickly, without losing the great quality and service we provide.
