I was awaiting important mail after a family bereavement, which had not arrived. I phoned the phone number given (generic number)and was told the wait for an answer was to be an hour! Second time I called the wait was to be 40mins! Gave up and went to sorting office. This was 9.45am and mail was there. Why was the mail not out with the postie at that time and still sitting at the sorting office?Why is there not a direct phone number for the sorting office to avoid having to go there in person to see if mail is there?Not happy with service at all. Get your act together.When mail did arrive a week later there were 18 pieces of mail delivered and 2 days later there were 11 pieces of mail delivered. Probably won't see the postie for days again now!

The delivery time of parcels has been tragically extended. Shipments are being held. On September 26, I received a Gray Card with September 20 on it. Parcels are not delivered on time. I do not know what's going on. Even during the strike, all letters and parcels were delivered to me on time. The feetopay payment website works incorrectly, you cannot pay the correct amount, the website enters a higher amount when confirming the payment. The opening hours of the parcel collection point are a joke.

Parcel arrived at this Depot at 07-52 this morning ,was given delivery time from 08-15 to 12-15 pm ,it is now 1-23pm and no delivery has arrived all one gets told on the tracking site is it?s ready for delivery.this was supposed to be a 48hour service , time this place got a boot up the backside .and get their finger out to deliver a better service .

It was our Diamond Wedding 1st June. No cards delivered during the week at all and know family from different areas all had made special efforts to be sure that eeha cards for the day. Poster 23rd and 24th. Nothing at all has been delivered during the whole week. Story heard they are short staffed a and do streets.

This place used to be open late at night on Thursdays which was a massive help to those of us who work and can't make it into the place during the 'normal' hours. Now they've stopped that for some reason and the hours are back to being terrible.Used to get packages left on doorstep which was fine but now I'm told the postie's need a picture of the package in the open doorway before they can consider it delivered. So if you're not in, it goes back to the depot and you'll need to wait until the weekend to collect it. ????

Shocking! Have waited in all day for my delivery. Blinds in livingroom opened to indicate someone is in! They must have given me one minute, if that, to get to the door. As I got there, card already through letterbox and they were driving off! Joke!

Terrible delivery company, place is never open to collect missed parcels?!! They make no effort to get your parcel to you or give you any option to hide the parcel, Ill never use this joke off a company! Also impossible to contact by phone so don?t even try!

Opening times are barely legible and only open for 2 hours at a time. Staff manning the desk were good though.
