Rude assistant behind counter on Wednesday 13th September (Today) had phoned store day before and guy I spoke to said prescription had been ordered and come in by any time after 11am today to collect.Did so, gave my details to assistant and as she had to spend maybe 45 seconds longer looking for it she rudely told me to ?wait for text next time?No need for the attitude, if she doesn?t like the job, she should work elsewhere.

worst pharmacy in town, it took me over 10 minutes to get one prescription. Let me just remind you that there were 4 women and 3 of them did nothing at that time

Everytime I order any medication for either me or my mum they always make a mistake I call to confirm the prescription is there now when my partner goes down this morning it takes 30 mins to a hour to look for the medication really unorganised

Not only does it take them 4-5 days to get my vital pain relief medication but also they refuse someone who has a mobility disability and challenge them when asked in the regards of helping deliver very important medication. I am housebound at times but that?s not important.feel judged and will be changing pharmacies in hopes of getting some help as I am alone without any family or friends who can help. Feel like it?s a bit discriminatory to assume that I am fine and challenge why possible reason I could have without going into detail or being a bit more respectful. Very disappointed

After having emergency life saving surgery in June, when I was released from hospital, the health care professionals suggested I get my supplies from a nearer pharmacy, but now that I am able to drive and collect my medical needs from Rowlands, City Hospital, I am much happier. There is no substitute for professionalism, customer care, and attentiveness. Now offering a text notification when meds ready for collection. Great staff.

If I could give 10 stars ? I would, Eimear and all the staff are friendly, helpful & go above and beyond to help & advise. Nothing is too much trouble even when they are busy, which is usual, they always make time to give advice or help. When my Mum was Ill & on a lot of medication & needed MAR sheets they were superb & supportive I really cannot thank them enough.
