The hotel itself is up to the normal standards you would expect from Premier Inn. The taxi service offered on the free phone in reception is a different matter. If you need one make sure you book it as far in advance as possible otherwise you'll end up being told that's there's nothing in the area!

This is the quietest premier inn I have stayed at. I never heard one plane fly out. It was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking is a little expensive but I expected that being so close to the airport.Rooms: The room was clean and tidy and also well maintained.Food & drinks: We just had breakfast there. The food was fresh and hot. There was a good choice and allergy information was very good.

What an embarrassing episode, first 3 nights fantastic. Staff really good ??, special thanks to Israel for everything.Thursday night total shambles. Waited 10 minutes for a drink, no one to be seen. Tried to book a table no one to be seen. Got a table and ordered our food. Starters arrived, then 45 minutes later we were told there was a mistake with our order and it would take a little longer, another 20 minutes later order is wrong. Tried to apologise and offer a free dessert or a drink, so we asked for 3 pints ? Then they arrived with 3 draught cokes ? Stating they couldn't give alcohol as a apology ? Worst Premier I have stayed in. Apologies to the staff who looked me Monday to Wednesday, you were great ??. Needs a bit of attention ?

Nice spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast doesn't start until 07:00 so not much use if you have an early flight in the morning.

During covid times we booked at one price and had to pay another when we arrived. Reception staff were really prickly when it came to discussing the situation. We knew nothing of a parking ticket for using the usual parking around a hotel until I recently received a £170 debt collectors bill. I can't think I've had a worse experience of Premier Inn.Noteworthy details: Buyer beware

I was served by a lovely guy who I am afraid didn?t get his name. He was working Thursday evening between 6pm and 7pm on main reception with a beard. Exceptional service. I made an error and booked the wrong night so when I arrived there was no booking. He quickly changed the dates and gave me the key to the room. All with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. I stay in a lot of hotels from entry level to up market but generally always pleased with Premier inn for value, great service and good breakfasts. He needs a pat on the back. Real pleasure to deal with. Thank you! Hotel is walking distance to airport and rooms are clean and tidy.

Find somewhere else. Not worth the hassle. Parking is an extra £7 a night and there are no alternatives and often no spaces. There is a long wait for food and often basic options are not available. Service is terrible.Walkability: You can walk to Teca and airport, but you will not get a taxi.Food & drinks: Long wait to get food. They dont seem to have any staff.Noteworthy details: Wifi just doesnt work

Typical Premier Inn, but the car parking was a real issue. Car Parking had to be paid in advance, but each night I returned from work there were no car parking spaces and cars parked on double yellows, bumped up on kerbs and on wasteland. If you are going to take money for car parking you should be obligated to provide it.

Really nice hotel and staff are always very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as it's controlled by your parking space it's far cheaper to pre-book parking than paying on exit I always did this through the app and overnight parking is £7. When selecting to pay on exit it charged me £3 and on one occasion took this payment twice as well as charging me to park overnight. Paying for parking can also be done at the kiosk by the front door. The car park can get very over crowded with no space left at all I've seen many cars having to park on the grass across from the entrance and even on the pavement by the front door as the car park is that small it's usually only like this from around 7.30pm. The rooms have always been ok and just a standard premier Inn experience it has the basics that you need and nothing fancy. The restaurant is located on the bottom floor inside the hotel and they do offer a meal deal for either breakfast dinner or both I the food has always been good. Dinner needs to be booked and I would advise booking a day ahead of staying for several days on a few occasions I have gone for dinner and told to come back in an hour despite the restaurant having empty tables.

Trying to be positive here - let's start with the good things. Friendly staff, good location (right beside the airport), comfy bed. Now the not-so-good things. 1. They charge you for parking - £5 per 12 hours - with no concession or validation for guests. I know they probably have people trying to park for free when they fly, but making the guests pay is utterly ridiculous, and just another revenue raiser as far as I can see. I didn't notice any mention of it when we booked. 2. The window in the room doesn't open, so if it's stuffy, you have to use the aircon. In this case it was like a cement mixer, gurgling and whoosing really loudly all night. I thought about asking for a change of room, but it was late and we were exhausted, so we put up with it. 3. I've stayed in Premier Inns many times over the years, and breakfast is usually adequate, but here the bacon and sausages were tough and rubbery, and the black pudding was akin to an ice hockey puck - rock hard and completely inedible. I could barely cut it with a knife. When a member of staff asked me how the food was, I was honest, and she looked really surprised (probably expecting a similarly anodyne response to the pointless pleasantry) but apart from mumbling an apology, did nothing further. Premier Inns are what they are, but this visit was particularly poor.
