Went in not long before noon on 24/7 - the staff member behind the counter was absolutely fantastic! There were 2 customers ahead of me and she dealt with them politely and efficiently. When it was my turn she did the same. Great advice, a kindly, helpful demeanour, cannot recommend the service agent that served me, highly enough.

As usual the queue is long and the staff like to go at one pace, sloooow. The majority of the staff are polite, just eager to get you served. But tge manager is tge rudest, arrogant, little jobsworth I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He refused to give me his name when I said I wanted to make a complaint, even covering his namebadge like, sooo petty. He refused to reimburse my energy voucher because according to him, I didn't have "the right identification". This was not so. I had plenty of valid ID. he was being pedantic and extremely smarmy. How can someone with 0 people skills have his role???horrid little person.

The man who served me gave me wrong information that's why my parcel came back to me. After came my parcel I went to the post office and told him,he gave me wrong information but he tried to twist his mistake, no apology and no money returned, very arrogant man

I visit this Post Office frequently and the staff are always very lovely, courteous and helpful. Sometimes a long queue but that is to be expected as one of the only post offices on Union Street. Self-service machines are also useful for buying stamps etc.

Rude staff, spoke to a really helpful person over the phone about a lost parcel and advised to come into the branch as they should be able to help further. However staff member was extremely rude and clearly didn?t want to help 15 minutes before closing. No customer service at all and ridiculous and hostile attitude from someone working in a customer facing job.

Older man at the teal just not wanting to work atol.So rude acting like it's none of his business what ever u asking for his don't know and has no idea,maybe need a course or help him to have idea at his work so his can do his job properly and help people.

I went there for my SIA application twice, beside waisting my time given me wrong information.There was a fat old man in charge.Then i went to Berryden post office which my application been done in 5 minuets.

I have had the worst of experience with Royal mail. I ordered a Covid Day 2 test kit that was due to be delivered, it got returned to the sender. I re-ordered again with a clearer address (Amazon had no problem locating this address), parcel was not delivered. Now an international student in the UK that can?t step out because a logistics company isn?t doing its job effectively. I?m livid

I've been going here daily for the past few weeks and it's rarely a pleasant experience. There's hovering staff that watch you on the self service machines , jumping in before you get chance to press anything and pressing buttons for you. I understand some people need help. But I needed to scan a barcode and had the information on my phone ready, in the 10 seconds this took , the assistant jumped to the machine and started to cancel the transaction. If you hesitate for a second they're in your face and not polite about it. Even after doing the same transaction a dozen times , I'm still watched and harrased every time. Today , after a pretty rude exchange I said thank you to the assistant, who said nothing. That's pretty standard.

you provide the worst service, your automated system doesn't help anyone, I send a parcel to my brother in Aberdeen, you return it to the sender within an hour according to your tracking system. it was received at your offices saying that address is not completed, however your rules say that the parcel with no completed address stay for 18 days and international parcels stay for 21 days then it is returned to sender, the second morning my brother came to your office to find out what happened to it, you claimed that it was returned to sender in Israel this was on 3rd October, the information is still the same in your tracking system and no idea where did you go with the mail, we tried all your automatic messages and which leads to nothing, I send several email messages with no reply and even they cannot reach you because you want to work the easy way and it is not of your interest to help your clients. I send mail to most of the word I think you provide the worst customer service.
