Having worked for a number of years in the US was excited to take my kids here for a treat on a Saturday at dinner time. Ordering at drive thru was painful and the food took an age probably due to a number of staff more focused on walking around drinking milkshakes. Got our food and set off to then hear the kids complaining there chicken tenders tasted funny and didn't smell right. Took them off them to find the chicken smelt incredibly dirty and tasted even worse. Now back home and my youngest is being sick. Utterly disgusting and an embarrassment to the Popeye's brand

Waited over 25 minutes for a burger, 2 chicken tenders and soggy fries. Drink machine not working properly.

Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue at Popeyes tonight but the staff were very apologetic and although we had to wait 50 minutes for our food it was hot, moist and tasty.

Absolutely shocking!! Should be 0 stars!! Waited 45 minutes and still no food. The shop was full of forgien nationals who was working at a snails pace. Lots of customers waiting and fed up!
The only person who looked like she had a clue was a girl called Ruby who I ended up getting my refund from. Well done to her.
I won't be going back, what a disappointment as I was really looking forward to some Popeyes chicken for the first time.

So went through the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken deluxe sandwich box meals with normal large fries, mild 2 tenders and two drinks, upon collection point was given the wrong order, we made them aware of the wrong order, only to be given the wrong order again, we only noticed when we got home. We received two box meals and our drinks but we were given the spicy chicken sandwich box meals, cajan fries and my partner got chicken wings and are tiny and my chicken sandwich only had the chicken and pickles (which I specified no pickles in both but both had it) and that's it. We waited for 15-20 mins for this shit. I am really disappointed, not coming back to this one.

Gave me and my partner the wrong order upon collection at the drive-thru of which we recognised it was the wrong order and made them aware, however we received the wrong meals again only evident once we returned home. My partners chicken sandwich had just pickles and the chicken (with no lettuce or tomatoes) - we ordered no pickles but did not request no salad on the sandwich. My meal was spicy when no spice was requested and listed back during the order process. Unfortunately, not had the best experience.

All good. The staff Need to take extra care to not to forget anything from the order in busy times. This happened to me, however in my return they sorted out the missing meal!

I feel that this places isn?t big enough for the amount of people coming in as it?s the branch that has easier parking than Union street. Also kiosk not working then next kiosk won?t print out order not allowing me enough time to look at the number and screen grab with phone. Attitude of the girl on the tills was shocking like she didn?t give an F! Another girl seemed nice an accommodating as my brother who was with me has special needs. Hoping today with the service and attitude is a one off but left a horrible impression.

Not enough staff to deal with the demand. Turning people away because you can't keep up. get that your a new company. Also the location is really oddly placed.

I ordered 6 pieces hot wings and 6 pieces Louisiana signature fried chickens and 1 x regular fries. When arrived home turned out they put only 2 x hot wings and 4 x Fried chickens. So embarrassed in front of my guest with no time to go back there. Very disappointing and poor services. I feel I have been totally ripped out!

Chose the kerb delivery. Took an absolute age. The drive through seemed to move quickly. At the detriment of folk parked outside for order to be dropped at car., or folk going in to order. Part of meal missing and chips cold. I had to go in to query. It was mayhem with folk waiting. I did get my missing items quickly and fresh chips.

Not fast food at all! Wait time was over 20 minutes, we nearly left but wouldn't have got a refund. Food itself was tasty but the wait left a bad taste in our mouth.

Where to start was completely disappointed with this restaurant, my daughter and I were extremely excited to try here.
First time trying here.
The table was not clean and had not been cleaned. This was done right after the food was presented, which raised alarm bells ? on how inappropriate this was.
It was certainly not value for money with over 27 pounds paid for a kids meal, 3 tenders and a 6 piece chicken family meal including 2 drinks and 2 sides. (How is this chicken meal even reasonably priced individually at 17.99)
The tenders were fresh and tasted ok.
The 6 piece chicken meal was horrendous with mostly being wings, the chicken was not fresh or succulent at all, but dried up, tasted chewy and over cooked.
This was served up in paper bags it looked cheap and felt cheap as a customer. no paper plates, napkins or cutlery with the main meal and mac and cheese. Had to go and ask for these things. The meal came with one portion of fries ( which were oversalted) and one side(mac and cheese not fresh) ridiculous for a family meal deal.
It wasn't just one issue but a multitude of various issues.
I am so angry at this restaurant what a waste of money.
Won't be back, will stick to KFC where at least it is better chicken and value for money.
