Dreadful place - waited ages for service and don't waste your time trying to buy fish as they clearly don?t want to sell any - they just throw hurdle after hurdle to at you as to why not - use the independent aquarists as they atleast know what they are talking about

The shop was active and busy but well maintained and clean. Great healthy looking animals and enthusiastic staff, plenty of live feed, crickets, meal worms, and locusts etc.

Has a good variety of dog/cat stuff, but not much for hamsters/guineas etc. Items are quite overpriced. Staff are great overall, but there are never any there - I wouldnt be surprised if people stole things from there as there is actually no staff! Wish they had more selection of things for hamsters as its easier to buy instore than online sometimes
