I recently ordered a vegan pizza from Papa John's as my wife is a vegetarian, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The quality of the pizza was outstanding?fresh ingredients, delicious taste, and perfectly cooked. Additionally, the delivery time was exactly as promised on the app.

Customer service is 0/10
Pretending to not hear me then when I ask "can you hear me?" And answer "no" then say nothing when I ask how they're going to resolve a situation where they've shown up 30 mins late with cold food that's basically like cardboard. Appalling service and clearly they don't care.
Toppings were also non existent. Maybe find a job you care about. Complaint has been raised to Papa Johns.

I particularly appreciated the friendly gestures from the manager, Kaur, whose hospitality added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. The customer service was impeccable, with prompt delivery and excellent quality pizzas that exceeded my expectations. It's clear that the team values customer satisfaction, making it a place I'd gladly return to.
