Staff completely rude and unhelpful.
Customer service sent me on a 52 mile journey to a shop only to be told I?ve wasted my time.
Complaint raised and they offered 20p compensation. See attached, complete joke to them.
Now seeking compensation through Communications Ombudsman.
Sold me a faulty phone and that?s how I get treated.
Use EE instead, they respect their customers.

Was in the Aberdeen O2 shop in Union Square last week. A gent called Thomas was very helpful. He explained all the different phones I could use and nothing was too much for him. He is an asset to the company.

I recently visited the O2 store to inquire about a specific mobile model, and unfortunately, the staff's attitude was quite disappointing. The employee I approached didn?t take the time to listen properly to my questions and seemed dismissive of my requests. When I asked for assistance to view a phone model displayed in the locked case, he refused to show it, simply saying he couldn?t help. This lack of willingness to engage and listen left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope O2 looks into improving their customer service standards to make future visits more positive for others

Fantastic service from Reece on Wednesday 23rd October. Really frustrating situation with an e sim , solved very quickly and professionally - huge credit to his experience and expertise and most importantly can do attitude. A thousand thanks.

Great helpful staff! After losing a sim card on my business account, I needed my services re-activated asap. After more than 2 days of struggling calling the business team (not available in stores anymore) and countless hours spent waiting on hold, visited this store the second time and today the activation worked. I would like to thank the staff members for their patience and professionalism, and for getting the problem sorted. 5 stars for the staff in the store, 0 stars for O2 business support.

I visited the O2 store in Union Square, Aberdeen, in order to resolve a problem with my wife?s mobile contract.I tried to call the O2 helpline, tried other staff members, but I am writing to compliment Joshua on his fantastic customer service. He offered my wife and I a bespoke solution to our problem, a great deal. Joshua was friendly and empathetic in his support. I would recommend asking for him if you have any issues with an O2 device. He would make a fantastic manager, if he has not already been promoted.

Visited today with my Mum to sort out a new phone for her, Callum was knowledgable, patient and friendly with her and just made the experience easier all round and I can travel back to my home 300 miles away knowing that she has a functioning phone, thank you Callum

Would give it zero starts if i could, i went into o2 looking for some advise as my o2 account had been hacked. As you can imagine i was quite frustrated about this , however the girl that was dealing with me ( i assured her 101 times that i appreciate she was trying to help me and i know its not her fault). However the way she spoke to me back was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. She told me there was nothing she could do to help and that i would just have to call the customer care team online as she had not been given training on how to help me. She then smirked at me and walked off , as if to try intimidate me , which did not work , just made me think what a rude girl. I would rate 02 Union Square 0/5 stars if that was possible, as the whole time i was there i felt nothing but uncomfortable. Would not wish anyone to be treated the way i was during a already difficult time.

I came here with a family member to get them a new phone, when we walked in within about 1 minute an employee was with us, we explained what was needed however, they were trying to push for a higher priced phone that wasn't in our specs.She eventually chose a phone that works for her, when we got to the till the employee felt very annoyed with us both, they were very quiet, they were very reluctant to set up the phone for her and generally just talk .A few days later she exchanged the phone as it didn't work for her as well as she thought, we did get a different employee and everything went extremely smoothly.
