Came in to ask about contracts stood for a while no one came or asked to help, there were 2 customers and each customer had 2 workers with them, really? Waited for another 30 minutes looking around and still no one gave a glance to say yes we will be with you, ended up walking out over to EE, as soon as I walked in someone came up to me at EE and we got straight to contracts. Go to EE much better customer service and I can imagine better contracts too.

We purchased an S25 Ultra from this store. While transferring data from the old phone, we left the device with the staff as instructed. When we returned an hour later, we noticed multiple scratches on the screen. Although the lady who initially assisted us was polite and helpful, I observed another staff member (possibly the manager) handling the phone carelessly.
When we pointed out the scratches, all the staff tried to convince us that it?s ?normal? for scratches to appear after removing the protective film ? which is completely unacceptable for such a premium phone. At first, they refused to take responsibility, saying we would need to go through credit checks again if we wanted a replacement. After a long argument, they finally agreed to replace the device, but it wasted a lot of our time and caused unnecessary stress.
Very disappointing service for such an expensive purchase. I expected much better from O2.

Went to visit this shop this morning only to collect a sim. As per my discussion with 02 the previous day. The person dealing with my request had very little knowledge of what to do or how to do it. Only by good fortune the young chap helped her complete this simple task. I know everyone has to learn but then provided the training she requires. Overall a really poor service and will not be back.

I went into the Bon Accord shop on Sunday morning, to check on my mobile order. Sandra (Manager) got the order sorted out & took me through a few things on my mobile, even though the shop was busy. Sandra was very patient and helpful.

Such bad customer service. Been waiting a week for a click and collect. Can?t even cancel because it?s ?in transit?. No one bothers to answer the store phone.

I have been anice O2 customer since about 2000. Admittedly I have never bought a phone from the shop for the simple fact that I can't afford to. When 1 of my friends gives me a phone I am most grateful. I am a bit of a luddite when it comes to setting up the phone. This is usually easily remidied with help from the staff at the Bon Accord centre in Aberdeen. This time round I have actually managed the mojority of swapping by myself. Only a few little niggles left to do. I went into the 02 shop only to be told by a young chap that he wasn't going to help me out because I didn't buy the phone from the shop. When I tried to explain that I am an 02 customer he was talking over me and was not giving me a chance to speak. I left the shop telling him he is a disgrace. He made me feel like I had done something wrong when all I wanted was 5miutes of his time to help me. If the shop had been busy I would have understood a bit better but I think there was 1 other customer and they were being attended to.

I went into O2 Bon Accord Aberdeen to ask for advice about my phone and my IPad. Kyle came to help and was welcoming, efficient and very patient. He explained in words I could understand and at a speed I could follow. He answered my very basic old woman questions thoroughly. Thanks Kyle.

Embarrassing level of service. I was with a SIM card that did not work, the lady said that it was my fault that the card did not work, explained for 10 minutes that there was nothing that could be done, I had to contact the person who sold me the SIM card. Today I called the O2 helpline and within 3 minutes the SIM card is working. That was very racist. I will complain to O2 as well.

Unable to carry out key services (such as finishing a contract) - and even when I was hoping to discuss alternatives, I was just prompted to phone o2 directly. Staff member did however explain this politely.The 2 other staff members on duty at the counter near the back of the store however just stood staring directly at my partner and I whilst having this brief discussion with the member of staff. Very unprofessional and rude.
