great items but I was there 2 consecutive days and in fitting rooms were closed both days. today's was apparently an early close due to staffing issues. now I need to place an order online and then wait a week to get them, because I am not going to go there every single day to see if whether or not they feel like opening their fitting rooms. why have a store if we can't use it? I went through the whole shop 2x, picked out the items of interest, only to put back everything and leave empty handed. just makes no sense.

I had a great experience shopping at New Look yesterday! The staff was helpful and kind, the fitting rooms were spacious, there were plenty of options to choose from, and I even got a nice discount. Big thanks and appreciation to the Sales Person Nyonyo who went an extra mile to help me to get some extra things even the store was closing! This experience meant a lot to me because just half an hour earlier, I had been humiliated and discriminated against at the neighboring Zara store in Union Square. The professionalism of the New Look staff saved my birthday shopping trip, and I left with big bags of new clothes and a smile on my face. I will always recommend New Look?and for your own safety, I strongly advise avoiding Zara.

My experience was awful I lost an item in the shop changing rooms, I had then came in an hour later. I asked the staff if anything had been turned in which they responded no which was fine then they said they were going to text on their work group chat. which I then found out the person didn?t even do that and just lied honestly horrible customer service a text wouldn?t take a minute and if u weren?t even going to message on the work groupchat why offer??

Love the place and visit often. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. However, today the person behind the till was not the friendliest and refused to give me a paper copy of my receipt, despite me specifically asking for one. I am not a huge fan of email receipts and since I was refused the paper one, I'll have no way of returning the clothes if need be. Very inconvenient and not a great way to end the shopping trip.

Popped in for a quick look around today in the Union Square store & was served by Leah T. who was the loveliest ever! So helpful & so kind, and just a really nice positive person to interact with! :)

Come here quite regularly and usually make a purchase when I visit. Had to wait in the queue for a few minutes but another till was opened. Service was friendly and efficient.

Stock displayed adjacent to the tills which results in customers being in the way of those wishing to pay. Manager/Supervisors who speak down to their staff in front of customers. Staff who push e-receipts to the point that it is actually rude. I was told that I "might loose a paper receipt" - I feel aggrieved that it was suggested by some young member of staff who obviously considered me old and stupid. Said staff member then proceed to accuse me of not wishing to "save the planet". Why should it be such hard work just to receive a paper receipt? I have read the New Look data privacy policy and I simply do not feel confident that New Look will ensure that my email address is safely stored. Without a till receipt I would have been unable to lodge a formal complaint and advise of the operators id number! In no hurry to go back!
