This was actually the best customer service experienced of Nando?s I have ever had. The staff were very polite and accommodating and friendly, checked on us and listened to everything we asked for and then some. Brilliant work and staff appeared very trained in their roles.

So annoyed. Never had delivery before but was craving a Nando?s so I got it. It was delivered during the expected time frame but they didn?t give me my chips which were part of my meal. Called the delivery number who offered refund for the price of the chips but they didn?t really seem sincere in apology. I asked if they can just get someone to deliver the chips but they don?t have a re deliver service at the moment on the app. So annoying. It?s not the end of the world but ruined my meal.

This place is great. I love roast chicken and despite the price it is totally worth it. It has surprisingly quick service for the roast chicken.

I had ordered Nando?s on deliveroo and I was upset and appalled by what I received. Not only was my food not what I ordered, despite it being labelled on the packaging, but the food just wasn?t nice and cold. Very disappointing as a whole.

I enjoyed it a lot as I could go in easily & not walk as far for the good food, great ambience & the service.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled but just managed going up the stairs; otherwise, I'd have had problems because of the slippery surface of rhe stairs.

Had my regular order of food, 4 boneless thighs, salad and chose mash as they were out of brocoli. They missed the seeds on my salad, but the server quickly rectified it, without delay.
Tasty food as always and easy to order on the app. No frills, no fuss dining.
This venue entrance is very cute in a pedestrian walkway area, central yo Aberdeen with plenty of interesting landmarks.
Exactly what you'd expect of a Nandos! Love it as always.
Dietary restrictions: Very good with food allergens notices and while ordering. Puts you at ease.

The worst Nando?s experience I have ever had. It took over an hour for our food to come - the staff were just standing around when food was ready to be taken to tables and when the food finally arrived it was really cold! We ended up having some food refunded as the staff even admitted that it had been sat there for 20 mins! Awful experience!

Pretty bussin experience overall... Restaurant chill asf pretty ggood ambience. Service relatively fast unless the Private School kids are in for lunch. The food is unreal, one of my favourite spots in Aberdeen for eating in or delivery.

We went for a meal at Nando?s , was rather disappointed with the chicken , but rest assured the staff member Sarah , was brilliant she dealt with problem in matter of minutes and was very reassuring , would also like to point out general staff are very friendly , and helpful :)

Ate here on Saturday 6th July, we weren't sure how to work out the menu, went to order at the counter and was served by Abraham who was most helpful at working out our order, very polite young man indeed, the food was really good,

We love love love this Nandos - the staff are ALWAYS friendly and kind, the food is always so fresh and hot, the portion sizes are perfect and the store is always clean. We?ve been here late at night when the staff have dealt with difficult customers and have still remained professional and courteous, and the staff worked hard to make sure the food is up to standard. By far the best Nandos in Aberdeen, if not the best we?ve ever visited out of Inverness / Edinburgh / Glasgow & Aberdeen :)
