Superb customer service. I saw two very busy members of staff around. Was in the Aberdeen store and I was being indecisive. Young man was extremely helpful and I cannot praise him enough - sorry, I didn't catch his name, but he deserves five stars for his patience.

NB; I always take great care to limit tracking cookies!Notwithstanding my chosen privacy preferences - I visited this website just ONCE and thereafter received a tracking privacy report showing it to be an awful site for the sheer number of times it was tracking my activities across web domains??

Superb service from Neil...!! Came in to look for some hiking trousers and Neil answered all of my questions and gave some real expert advice. Great thing is that Neil didn't try to sway me one way or the other - he had no hidden agenda - he just wanted to make sure I had the best info on both the products I was considering. Will definitely be back and I'll definitely be asking for Neil again.Prices were great as well - lots of deals on the go so something priced for all budgets.
