As always a great shopping experience
Staff in the food court are helpful and chatty and nothing is a problem
The clothing department is well laid out and spacious and clean with helpful staff
The cafe is handy for a well deserved break

Shop itself is fine but impossible to get in touch with anyone via the phone - we left an item and had to physically go back for it (£4.5 parking!). Would have been nice to just phone up an actual human to find out if it was still there. Their customer service phone robot is incredibly annoying!

St.nicholas store was better stocked. Staff did know where items were. Were shown to wrong dept. Then didn't have couple other items I was After

Disappointed at the new improved union square marks and spencer store. Such a little cafe.having to queue up and no tables left. Why leave no room for cafe it was a great one in the st Nicholas centre.i won't go back and I have friends who won't either.

Went in only because I?d to be in Union Square anyway. Least logically laid out food hall ever. Can?t find anything in it. Why not have a dairy section like any normal M&S food shop, or any normal supermarket? Tuesday afternoon when I went must be ?everything going out of date? day as the only staff around were slapping yellow stickers on everything. Overall, nope, I?ll stick to M&S Westhill.
Also, what?s with the address for the place? Looked it up to leave this review: West 77, East Terrace High Street, Aberdeen - meaningless! At least put ?Union Square Shopping Centre? in there someplace!

Normally shop at Dundee Gallagher Retail Park. First time here in years there is a considerable difference in customer service here. I?ve never been greeted by so many people saying ?hello, morning? ?how are you?? It?s almost unheard of in Dundee. I asked the sales assistant in lingerie if she could help track down a specific bra I had the product code and picture/ name of it and just like that she had 3 of them in her hand tracked down in my size. Wonderful service. Worth the trip up to Aberdeen.
