Ordered a delivery through Just Eat. Didn?t even get 1/2 of an item ordered. When rang the shop, the staff told, another packet is still on the shelf. Then asked me to contact the just eat.
So I had to spent another 20 minutes to sort that out and didn?t get enough to eat.
Why do the customers need to contact the delivery agency for their mistake? Very upsetting

It's sad to say how a great place to get fast food fast, went down with the service and touched the point where you have to consider eating here or ordering the food at the counter is worth your time and being frustrated with the staff's mistakes and countless checks if they placed the right items in the bag. I have been there twice within two months and my experience is the same, I had to wait longer, the staff was packing and unpacking the bag with my order, some of the staff members tried to sort out the situation but it was quite difficult because new customers were approaching the counter as well as some customers with complaints. 4 people were trying to sort out what was going on with my order. The time was wasted, food was colder but I received a pineapple stick as an apology.

Customer service is absolutely shocking I placed an order at 7pm had no update on the app (the app said the whole time ?driver heading to restaurant?) cutting it close to 9pm at this point I phoned the restaurant again for the second time after being told my order was on way the first time I phoned (it wasn?t) I was told another would get sent out I asked the driver to phone me when outside n was told it?s upto the driver if they want to do that the boy was no
Help whatsoever at this point it?s been 2 hours since placing my order and I?m being told I just have to wait for the app to eventually automatically say delivered before asking for a refund so that?s £40 down the drain wouldn?t recommend delivery as the folk who answer the phone barely even speak a word of English and are so abrupt it?s unreal.

NEVER BUY TAKEOUT OR DELIVERY. Trust me. Every time I have, they forget a big part of the order and only give me drumsticks in the original piece buckets (which might be good if you like them). This time was the last straw when they forgot my order of 8 hot wings - which are my favourite part. Unbelievable! I have a feeling the employees might be put under too much pressure when dealing with takeout and deliveries. Always eat in here.
Vegetarian options: I mean, the place IS an acronym for ?Kentucky Fried CHICKEN?. Their signature burgers and foods all contain chicken.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for little ones and the kids meals won?t leave your kids hungry.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don?t think people in wheelchairs will find it difficult to get around. There is a disabled toilet (albeit with a missing door: it will be great again when it regains said door) and there is a slope to the entrance as well as plenty of room to get around chairs and tables.

Absolute crap wrong order , told to wait in car park more than 20 minutes it?s a drive through can?t even complain to head office no one picks up , phoned Aberdeen guy didn?t know if he was the manager or not , no body cares doubt if Gordon Ramsay could sort their shit out , sides were salad and coleslaw what did I get gravy really gravy ten pieces of chicken not eight yes eight , a 4 year old can count to ten yet kfc staff can?t not the first time I?ve had issues with this outfit last time raw chicken ps gravy is out of date , phone call to trading standards and environmental health.

There was a mess of unbelievable. Food and liquid were on the floor, and it was hard to find a clean table, which was far below standards.

Waited 30 minutes after going through the drive through had to go inside to collect my food more interested in getting Aberdeen eats orders out chicken was so greasy it fell through the bag avoid at all costs
