Only liked the zinger stacker and popcorn chicken but now if I want a stacker I can only order as meal at least on the ordering apps (Justeat and Ubereats). I am not that fond of chips in general as it is and I think kfc along with mcdonalds have the worst chips. Since I must order the stacker as meal I am going elsewhere tonight and unless this is rectified I won't be going back.

They said 10-35 mins, took an hour and arrived cold. KFC said not their problem, speak to UBER, UBER said not their problem speak to KFC. so much for fast food?

Can't go wrong with a good bit of KFC chicken skin is crunchy and delicious, staff were patient with an irate customer so well done for that.
Food came quickly even with that previous customer being a nuisance. No complaints on my half - keep doing a good job with this delicious food.

Nice layout in the KFC. The chips still aren't great but the chicken was nice. The Pepsi we got was a little flat and was room temperature but otherwise the meal was nice.

KFC is great, and this location is no different. However, this location is a bit small. BEWARE: NEVER GO HERE ON A WORKWEEK LUNCHTIME, as it will be chock full of people and you will never get your meal.

Had the most dreadful experience today when I ordered the wings meal for £7. The wings were ridiculously tiny, definitely the smallest I've ever seen. Felt like a total rip off, especially from KFC union square where I'm a regular customer. When I brought it up with the manager, he showed no concern at all. It was a truly terrible and heartless experience. It's not just about the food being wrong, mistakes happen, but it's not okay to ignore and disregard people like that. Absolutely dreadful.

I ordered chicken legs, instead they gave me some waste, breaded breast the size of half a bucket, wings. Too bad I didn?t take a picture, I was too disappointed and threw it in the trash

The food we got there was very lovely, we got a small burger with a box that came with it which had chicken poppers and fries in it. I like the way it was decorated and the food was nice. I do wish tho that the place would be looked after better as some sodas had rips in them quite big ones, tables were not the cleanest. Hygiene could be worked on and the place could receive some extra love on new furniture or at least polishing it.
