The location is amazing, right in the centre of town. Had an initial issue with room on arrival, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Angus. Angus deserves a special mention and gets 5 stars from us. The rest of the team we interacted with were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Well done the team!Rooms: Room was well maintained, clean and had a hreat view over the harbour.Walkability: Attached to the railway station with parking available. (Not hotel carpark) Covered route from carpark through station and shopping centre.

The lobby area is very modern, clean and pleasant with friendly, helpful staff. Seamless check in experience. The rooms on the other hand fall short of expectations as they've clearly not seen any extensive renovation since opening as Jury's Inn.The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillows are quite firm but i found them quite nice. The two chairs in the room seem relatively new and are fine enough. Good, effective air con with wall amounted controls. The TV works fine (the usual menu lockouts aside) but is outdated. The remote was absolutely disgusting and had clearly never been cleaned since being put in the room. There are no sockets next to the bed, no USB outlets anywhere in the room either. Lots of scuff marks on walls and skirting boards. Only one ceiling light for the whole room, which means it is quite dark. The bedside reading lamps are very old LED units that put out a very weak, green tinged light. The bathroom is reasonable with a bath and shower, quite clean though the extractor fan didn't work and there seemed to be pen ink stains on the shower curtain (that was otherwise clean). The location is great, being a part of Union Square so access to shops, taxis, buses, etc is easy but as it stands that's really the only thing that sets it apart from other hotels in the area which have more modern rooms for a similar price (or cheaper). There's not much that staff could have done as the only real way to solve the problems is renovation of the rooms, which I would have thought would have been done as part of the rebrand to Leonardo.Overall a pleasant enough experience but could have been better.

Decent location, clean rooms, skip breakfast.Stayed in jurys before with a view of guild st was nice, this time i got put on the southside which overlooks the noisy trainstation, the hvac systems are loud and run all night.Room was clean as expected for a hotel.Breakfast was a disappointment, busy saturday morning only one coffee machine working, no orange juice, asked for it to be refilled, the waitress looked at me like i was talking french.Bacon was fatty and unrendered, sausages looked to be boiled rather than fried pale as a sheet, the bread rolls where part stale like they'd been put out again from the day before, fried eggs very runny, the scrambled similatiously soggy and crunchy finally the hash browns were crunchy and greasy inside like they had been thrice fried. Also the cleaners seem to have a habit of leaving carts blocking the whole corridor.

One of the most popular hotel in Aberdeen. Near the city centre. It's connected to the railway station and bus station. One of the important things is it's attached to a shopping mall. So you can go shopping or for dinner. They also have a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Rooms are specious and clean. Well maintained property. They offer you breakfast as well. Service is good. The room's temperature controller system is nice. They will also give you some discount coupons for restaurants.

Stayed a few times when it was still jury's Inn. It's pot luck what kind of view you get. Had a view of harbour and street. But I've had a poor view of the mall roofs before. Perfect position adjacent to rail station and shops and restaurants. Good comfy beds. Basic bathroom..

Location couldn't get any better if you travel by train or bus.Staff were absolutely lovely. And having access directly into the mall ,puts this hotel on my no1 in AberdeenNearby activities: The shopping mall.Walkability: Literally don't need to walk at all. It's just there ?

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, service a little under par. Sounds in corridor & nearby rooms can be disruptive. Bed & bathroom facilities adequate for short staysWalkability: Walkable to city's areas, shopping, transport, dining & airport

I had an issue with the noise in the room coming from the shopping centre?s ventilation (4th floor). My friend had the same issue. The staff was really helpful and gave me a different room on the first floor. No spa or pool though like in other Leonardo Hotels.
