Massively disappointed!!!? I took my superdry coat for a dry cleaning and look what they have done! Burned my coats fur! I am so upset and so angry that they pretended like nothing happened, but they have damaged my almost new expensive coat and I of course had to pay £40 for the service!!! Honestly no words about it, how possible to make money that way! Such a shame I didn?t check it in front of the lady who actually was working there!Would NEVER EVER AGAIN USE YOUR SERVICE!PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!! ?????????????????????You can see on the second picture that half of the fur is basically burned ???

I took in a pair of my favourite trousers into the union street Aberdeen store this morning. I had little hope that the trousers could be repaired without looking defective. However, I was delighted with the job the very kind women Wendy did. The trousers were faultlessly repaired with no visible evidence any work had been done on them. Full marks purely for being open on a Saturday!!(not sure what majority dry cleaners problem is in this place, only opening 9-5 Mon-Fri but who is all taking a day off work just to drop off dry cleaning, and then another one to pick it up?! Get a grip.)

I dropped off a number of things including kilts, dresses and a couple coats, the staff were lovely and were very helpful. However when I picked them up and got them home and inspected them I realised that both dresses and one of the coats are in the exact same state they were when we dropped them off, the dresses still had marks on them and the coat, if anything, was worse off than when we arrived. everything else seems to have been washed to a high standard but these 3 items are very disappointing. I can understand if they struggled to get a mark off of a dress, but at least let us know before we are ready to use them and realise they're still not entirely clean.
