Always a pleasure. Get my hair and various beauty treatments done here. Love it, the girls are lovely and great at what they do, Leah for my hair, Debs for beauty and special shout to Courtney who's the bees knees on beauty, especially my brows, she's a wizard and does a perfect job to the point people often comment on them. Good range of modern treatments, some of which I've tried, some still to try but looking forward to it xxx

I had an appointment for ear piercing. The therapist was friendly and chatty and everything seemed clean. The only criticism I have is the time it took to acknowledge me when I entered the salon. The hairdressers were busy with customers but a simple acknowledgement is important, especially as it was my first visit.

I've been a customer for quite some time but sadly today was the last time I will be back. I was booked in for gel nails two weeks ago and got a call an hour before my appointment to cancel as they didn't have enough staff. Luckily I found another company last minuite as I had them booked for a special occasion. I decided to give them another chance today and had booked in to get the gel removed. I had another call this morning saying they didn't have enough staff again but they managed to change my appointment time which was fine. I went in to get the gel removed and had to stop the girl a couple of times as the machine she was using was burning my nail and my skin. I came out with very messy, uneven and red nails that I've had to correct myself. Not sure if she had to step in for someone who was off but I've never had that sort of pain getting gel nails removed before. Sadly I won't be back after everything that has happened recently.

My local salon, couldn?t have asked for better service, been a customer for 2years now.Tried and tested treatments -LVL -Cortney 10/10Hair cut, colour, tone - Leah 10/10Gel nails- all staff 10/10Lash extensions- 8/10 (just didn?t like the up keep but if you are in to it then Cortney does a beautiful set)Eye brows- Cortney 10/10Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, tea & coffee on hand.Leah also 100% saved me once when I asked for a fringe and she explain the upkeep and talked me out of what would have been a terrible mistake for me. ??????Services: Hair straightening
