The salon is bright and airy and very clean . The seats are comfy. Gabriela washed my hair gently and we chatted about my hair. The massage chair was a nice touch. The visit was very friendly and I came away with lovely hair. Can't ask for more. Thank you Gabriela.?

New customer here and it was a lovely experience. I was nervous to go to a new stylist but I will absolutely be back. The environment is very clean and professional, and Gabriela was very friendly, and gentle and careful with my hair. She gave me advise on the right length for my hair and I was very happy with the result. I have received lots of compliments already. Highly recommended!!

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism I have received from Gabriela.I requested an appointment, was offered 2 different times/days. This was great. I then advised I had purchased this appointment with a Groupon voucher. I was then shut down, both appointments were a no go. I was taken aback by this, but politely agreed and requested when a ?Groupon? appointment would be possible. She advised that I could have one of the appointments she had offered before, on the basis I pay her directly instead of Groupon. So not only was I made to feel like a second class citizen because I purchased a Groupon voucher (all I can afford at this time), I was then made to feel bad for doing so!I got no reply once I said I had already bought said voucher as ?I didn?t realise it was a issue?? So I was left hanging on an appointment for the next day. The next day, still no contact. So I called to find out if the appointment was booked for me or not. She said no, and that she has an appointment for 2 days later. But that I would need to text her the code. She then asked if I had used Groupon for her service before. I was unsure as the last time I bought a haircut voucher was 2 years ago. She told me she wouldn?t book it until I found out, as it?s 1 per person. I checked, and yes, 2 years ago, I purchased said voucher. I contacted her to advise that yes, I had bought one for her before and had a fine experience. I also gave her feedback on how she made me feel during the process of trying to book an appointment. I also advised that Groupon allows 1 person to book this voucher 3 times. The response I received back was the generic ?I?ll amend with Groupon as you can only buy this voucher once?.I purchased a deal she herself has put up, and was made to feel lesser than people who pay ?full price?. This was all before the ?one per person? came to light. And to be honest, I?m glad it did, because I would have felt awkward and like an inconvenience if I had <eventually> got an appointment.Service: Hairstyling
