Some things seem to be getting more expensive.For example their Hair Root Touch Up Kits have gone up to £10.99! Or two for £17.00!It used to be something like £6.99/£7.99 for one? Just a few months ago but it has gone up quite a lot.Boots and Superdrug do theirs for about £5.00.

Was in-store today. Nobody welcomed me or asked if I needed any help. The shelves were well stocked and got everything I needed. There was a spilled packet of produce on the ground ready for someone to slip on - with no effort from staff to address this (see photo).

Stuff always appear very friendly and ready to help this is a good place for health food and natural remedies always seems to be steady but not busy that the acute out the door always best to visit early in the morning or late afternoon

Very poor service.The yound man standing behind the till, was playing with his phone. When I asked for some advice about food supplements he turned back to me with a smart @r... face saying "if you want to lose weight, you cut down calories"I'm a Support worker and I'm on shifts until late with no time for breaks and meals and I thought a food supplement might help.He repeated the same smart answer.I left the products back and left the store while 3 shop assistants with crossed arms had a chat behind the till.So disappointing...... Obviously I won't visit again....
