Apart from the fact that I love browsing here, most of the time I find what I need. Clean and tidy upstairs and downstairs and prices are good. Staff are are always friendly and often go out of their way to help. Not everything is the cheapest, but quite often there are some really special deals on... one of my favourite shops to go to.
