We were the first people to walk in the store when the shutter opened at 9am. I have to say I was disgusted with the quantity of stock that was spread across the floor, in aisles and under displays. Part way through the day after some people have abused the store I kind of understand, but not before the doors even open. As a retail manager I would struggle (or my team would) to keep my job if the store looked like this! Hugely disappointing!! Just a shame I can?t include the photos I have on this review.

Went into this store on Saturday afternoon ( 21st of June ) firstly because of needing to return some items that the sizes didn?t fit correctly.
The girl on the counter was extremely rude about it, and tried to make my experience extremely difficult. As it was an online order and I needed to return numerous items, using the store was the most obvious option.
The girl was extremely unfriendly ? had an obnoxious attitude ? purposely tried to talk down to me in a hostile tone and even tried to humiliate me when I asked for a return receipt.
She turned towards her supervisor/manager and he promptly said in a very rude manner ? we don?t do receipts ? frankly speaking here these people take great pleasure in speaking down to their customers to make obtaining a refund difficult.
There is no friendly customer service and they also have clothes thrown all over the place which is very frustrating for a person who has a disability to walk around.
Overall a badly run shop ? displaying a pretentious attitude that is making H&M seem like a very poorly run business. Hiring people who clearly enjoy behaving in a bullying way to paying customers is not what you would expect from a business.
Aberdeen H&M is one of the most rudest shops I?ve encountered and their staff need training to behave politely and appropriately towards customers.
If H&M think it?s acceptable to hire bullies to work in their store, then they won?t be getting my business anymore.
An overall humiliating experience and extremely disappointing.

AVOID!
At the end of summer 2024, a staff member (a young Black man) opened my fitting room while it was obviously closed, and I was standing completely naked. He opened it widely without asking if someone was inside. He didn?t apologize properly afterward. I contacted customer service to complain about this incident, but it seems they didn?t do anything to address the issue or ensure it wouldn?t happen again.
The next time I visited, a male customer did the exact same thing, and again, I was naked. Today, my mother was in the fitting room, and a female staff member (a white woman) did the same thing to her! Thankfully, my mother was dressed, but she was still surprised and not pleased.
Why would anyone open a closed fitting room curtain without checking if someone is inside first? I?ve never had such an experience in any other store, city, or country! This has made me completely avoid this store. Please be aware of this issue?it seems like no one at this location respects privacy or takes complaints seriously.

I waited to pay for my items as the guy serving stood and had a conversation with his friend.When I pointed out I needed to pay he mumbled ?My bad? and continued chatting! Third time I?ve had terrible service in this store so will definitely not be back! With customer service like this is it a wonder people shop online?

I was served by an extremely rude woman with blonde curly hair on Sunday evening. I was waiting in the queue for at least 15 minutes and nobody bothered to come over and help her (there were at least 6 people in the queue by this point) when I was eventually served she never apologized for the wait and she was very rude and not friendly. I've been into h and m a few times and I've never had a good experience.

The queue was extremely long and only had 2 members of staff on till even though I could see at least 4 others just walking around the shop. I've worked in clothing retail before and understand they were probably doing other tasks however, to have to stand in a queue for over 20 minutes is ridiculous. At one point a 3rd staff member finally hopped on a till to help with the queue but it doesn't seem like they care if customers are waiting. If I didn't need the items I was buying and was just in for a treat I would have left my items

Went to the Aberdeen shop yesterday tried on a small size coat to big so grabbed an extra small size got home bearing in mind I live 2 hours away . Got home and noticed it didn?t have a belt . Trying to get aberdeens phone number was impossible . Tried customer Care and was told I have 30 days to return it for exchange or refund . Couldn?t give me Aberdeen phone number . So disappointed as not sure when I will be back through . All I wanted was to speak to someone who could just send me one ?
