I checked in using the app which is a dream to use, so very handy. Upon arriving at the hotel at 6.40pm only to find the room had not been cleaned. I went to reception to see if they could clean the room then and was asked if they could see the room. I felt embarrassed that they didn't believe me. We went upto the room together and were she said oh sorry, I will have a word with the assistant manager. She returned with a new key card for a different room and gave me a complimentary single drink and single appetiser which could only be used on certain items that day. The change of room was great but the drink and food were worthless as the room was for myself and my niece and as this was now gone 7pm and we had drove for 6 hours from Liverpool, we just wanted to go to bed. It would have been useful if we could have used it the next day as we were staying for the whole weekend. I am very disappointed as I have stayed in a few of Hiltons hotel and usually have a very nice stay but this one seemed to have lost the customer service completely. Shame on you.Food & drinks: Very limited

Love this hotel - amazing friendly staff - always care for you and your needs. I have a disability and on my stay it?s always catered for. I?ve stayed in many Hilton hotels and this is definitely one of my favourites. Love the pool - and they?re great with the dogs, leaving them treats and bedding. Enjoyed the executive

Rooms: Nice room, modern and comfy bed !! big tv ,nice clean modern bathroom , big and spacious.Walkability: Close to the airport , bus and train links into the city .Stayed one night as i was flying early in the morning so i just needed a room for one night .Food & drinks: Food was good and beer was good !! They have a nice restaurant area .

I had to phone reception at 12:30 am due to the family in the next room making so much noise, I was assured they would ask them to keep the noise down; they didn?t stop until 2:30am!I complained at check out and asked to speak to the manager, only to be told the manager wasn?t in, but would call me back.Two days later and I?m still waiting, customer service at its best!

When ordering a rib-eye and giving you a rump steak (because they were out of rib-eyes they said after complaining) but still charging more for the rib-eye and you have to sign in advance. Are they thinking the guests are complete idiots?They are ripping us off. Never again in this hotel, and I stayed plenty of times before, with different experiences as well, kitchen wise, or never getting the loyality points, but this is the limit! Disgusting service.

This hotel is superb, featuring spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The staff is outstanding and incredibly helpful. However, accessing the executive lounge and swimming pool proves challenging due to their limited hours. Despite multiple attempts, the consistently full pool prevented us from enjoying it.

WiFi isnt Free,Hilton TECA please drop the WiFi charge, its 2024!!!!I was surprised to find a letter under my door this morning stating that there is an unpaid charge of £6.95 on my account. Initially I assumed someone had charged a drink from the bar to my room number.I spoke to the reception who initially told me that they undercharged me at check in. I questioned this because my hotel is pre paid in full. They then told me it must be that I had use the WiFi.I did use the WiFi and have done every time i visit the Hilton TECA. This is necessary because mobile data services do not work well in the rooms, even normal phone signal is too poor to make an interrupted phone call.I was then informed that i must of agreed to pay for WiFi as the service is no longer free (as of 2024). I disputed this as I have never paid for WiFi, and would not of done so knowingly.Awaiting a formal response to my complaint.

Here for a day's conference. The conference room was nice and bright with good facilities. The lunchtime buffet was good with loads of options. The staff were polite and really helpful.

Quite big and really nice hotel.Very comfortable rooms, clean, lovely gym and swimming pool.Unfortunately not very friendly staff, quite poor breakfast for 4 stars hotel, not great quality food.Reception staff not very professional.
