Claire, the Store Manager, I honestly could not thank her enough. We originally bought our wedding bands from H Samuel back in Dec 2020 but since then, I have had a problem with my engagement ring (not from H Samuel) which led to me having to get a completely new style of engagement ring thus meaning the engagement ring and the wedding band no longer went together. I took it back to H Samuel in July 21 and Claire was so helpful in helping me exchange for something that matched my new ring. I liked the style of one ring but there wasn't one in my size so Claire ordered the ring in my size and got delivered to my home address. When it had arrived, I tried it on but I realised it was not the wedding band for me. I went back to H Samuel with my tail between my legs hoping to exchange again! Again I got Claire and again she was super helpful!! I now have the wedding band I have desired for, just have to wait for the day I can officially wear it! Thank you so much to H Samuel and Claire, it was a great experience and I could not recommend enough!!

I bought my wedding ring here having had a look around the various jewelers in Aberdeen. The salesman was a trainee but I wouldn't have been able to tell if he didn't mention it. There was a texting issue (I didn't receive the text I was told I would when the ring was in store) but that is a minor issue in otherwise great service.
