3rd time in a week I have gone to a different shop and it's the same result. No hot food even though it's sitting in a hot plate. You ask for it to be put in a microwave and you get told no, we are not allowed to warm up food.
Think I'll just go to a real bakers from now on

I live not far from geroge street so I use this greggs regularly. This greggs facility is very poor quality in food everytime I go the bakes are stone cold, if you mention this to the staff member you just get attitude from them. The management there is not the best I could go in when it's empty no customers and tables haven't been wiped down and bakes are not filled up. Every other gregs I have been to is very good and normally 9/10 times there always at least warm also the staff are always friendly and efficient. This store is just very dissapoint and need better management and staff.

Quite fast foody, however it was cheap, relatively tasty and good for the kids. The coffee was probably better than you might expect for the price, obviously from a machine, not barista made. More healthy options on the breakfast would be good.Kid-friendliness: Breakfast deal including hot chocolate was a win for the kids.

The moment I walked in they were busy so decided I'd wait and even though they were mobbed the staff we're so polite and friendly which you don't often get these days.Selection was great and after I choose my food I sat in the seating area which was clean and fresh.Will definitely be returning.

Ordered two vegan sausage rolls for my girlfriend who?s a vegetarian, was then asked to repeat my order to the guy that served me because his ?brain wasn?t all there today? (not an excuse lol), handed me my order whilst I was putting change back into my wallet & thought nothing of it.Went back home to give my girlfriend her sausage rolls only to find they were the wrong bloody ones. Not a mistake that should just be happening so easily especially after the staff member asked for a reminder of the order.
