I just popped in the store right at the opening. And I had to face a fact there was nothing but donuts. No any kind of sandwiches or baked products to sell. In my opinion you open your store with ready products. A bit disappointing but of course not end of the world. I definitely learned my lesson.

Incredibly unhygienic.
Occasionally there is paper in the bathroom but never ever any soap on a number of separate occasions.

I ordered Greggs x4 pizza and a hot chocolate.
I called the store to get an update(I have stammer) but the staff member answered the phone but hung up on me when I head about to speak - Which is extremely rude .
The pizzas was alright but look warm, Hot-Chocolate was alright.
A bit expensive on the price due to rude customer service , Give someone a chance to speak because hanging up the phone .
I will never recommend Greggs or go back/ get my food delivered again .

Everytime I order food arrives cold. If I wanted a cold one I'd habe walked and picked it up. Whole point of getting delivery is for hot food every singe time without fail cold.

Been here a number of times, always served quickly.
Wasn?t busy today and it?s like they are in a rush to get you served. Scanned my loyalty app, although it beeped it appeared to already be on the card payment and so may loyalty card didn?t scan.
I?ve lost out and the store gets more of my money.
Still fine enough food though

Wish I never went I'm now never going back its a disgrace lines of people in shop and they are more interested in delivery's and I've never seen a company that takes on the younger generation and the speed they serves not going back

Most of the time the sandwiches and bargets not ready if there's a queue usually only one serving and constantly running out of bacon or sausages

Currently sitting in the place and tables are full of crumbs and mess no one cleaning bought a chicken bake was dreadful freezing cold so just left it sitting on the side back at the till never coming back if that?s the way the food
