I have a very man and when he is off on holiday the ones that deliver my meds are all very nice and if you call them they are very polite and helpful.

It was very clean and orderly. I received a prompt response from the pharmacist. Also, a quicker route to get an appointment with your GP of the case is urgent and can't be managed by the pharmacist.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Swift in task execution. The pharmacist with whom I dealt was helpful, empathetic, and accommodated the private/personal nature of my ailment with sensitivity, dignity and respect.

Since having my injury last year of a pinched nerve in my neck between vertebrae 3/4. My doctors whinhill have done me very good but the service from the pharmacy has been amazing the staff is friendly and helpful? on Xmas eve last year my doctor never emailed my prescription to the pharmacy they put it in the bag by accident meaning the pharmacy wouldn?t get it until after the holidays. I sent a message toThe owners of the pharmacy online and with in 5 minutes I had Lewis the pharmacist that works there telling me to come round as the main office who can prescribe prescription have done that for me making my Christmas a happy one and pain free.?.The whole staff are nice and friendly and the pharmacist Lewis akways takes 5 minutes to talk to me and ask how my treatment plan is going and generally life things?. Compared to the other pharmacy in kincorth who all the staff by me is rude and look down on you with judgement or on the medication your on is chalk and cheese.. in one instance my partner went to abbetswell for a rush prescription. Both parts of the paper was there and it was from whinhill to there 5 minutes.. the pharmacist told my partner that it?s already been dispensed. That was the code she said that came ip but she still handed my partner back the prescriptions. If the items was already dispensed and that?s what she was applying ans made my partner feelLike a junkie. She then handed my partner the prescriptions back ? I found this very strange as if she thought it was dispensed she would be breaking the law by returning it to my partner.. with one phone call to gardener drive pharmacy. Lewis told me? it will be something up with the coding from whinhill and he never have known of a prescription been dispensed with in minutes of it being written and the pharmacist telling my partner it?s been dispensed somewhere else but she couldn?t tell her or myself where it was dispensed ? Lewis asked me to take it round to him at Gardner to see what he could do? and within in two minutes of scanning the barcode he seen the fault and the fault code wasn?t that the medication was dispensed somewhere else or even dispensed at all. It was a fault code that the doctor practice had IT issues? Gardner pharmacy is family based helpful and friendly staff and the pharmacists would do anything to helpThere patients with in there powers. I can?t thank them enough and still give me an amazing service through my illness with no judgment. Where abbetswell just wanted to down my partner make upA profile in the pharmacist head and make a judgment on someone she didn?t know. Instead of what Gardner pharmacy did by looking into the problem and solving the issue like phoning my doctor and getting it fixed. So thank you Gardner and thanks for future help as I know it will be needed and having empathy for your customers.I would advise anyone in KC to use Gardner pharmacy then the other one that?s rude and unhelpful in your worst time of need in your life being so ill and having no empathy or careful of there patients amd give them support.. I wasn?t going to write a review but the way abbetswell made my partner feel and made judgment on her with out knowing who she is and what her career is sicked me as my partner was so upset for helping get my prescription..I know how good gardener has helped me and still do and normally it?s the doctors that get the credit but Gardner goes that but further if they can to helpThere patients?and the way abbetswell made my partner feel who is a carer in a care home for dementia patients was horrible and unethical.Thanks gardener

This pharmacy is fantastic, I've been using it for years. Staff are friendly and will do everything they can to help. I also have there prescription delivery service and it's brilliant the driver is courteous and professional. Can't wait to see the transformation when it's finished either!
