Disappointed food, brought for the first time, quality of food disgusting and quality of service disgusting, didn?t even offer a replacement. Food burnt as per the photos. Do not buy from this takeaway, you will be disappointed.

One of the best Chinese in Aberdeen, if not Scotland. Great service and value for money. Try their sweet thai chilli chicken. Unbelievable.

Ordered food through JustEat and the chicken cheese rolls were still cold in the centre. I called Fusion who asked ?how would you like your compensation??. I asked for a refund and they assured me that they could do it even though I had ordered through JE. A few days later I called because I hadn?t received the refund and they told me that I had to go through JE. Of course by now if was too late to go through JE and part of me knows that they knew they wouldn?t refund and they JE wouldn?t refund. I only had one bite of the roll and I had sever food poisoning afterwards. Avoid at all costs.

Put an order in at 18:35 kept on getting different delivery times. Anyway got to 20:00 and decided to call the takeaway. And wouldn't you know they didn't even have the gaul to answer the phone. Crap service. Used the txt service on just eat and got a message back saying it would be delivered at 20:15. Still waiting. Wouldn't be so bad if they at least answered the phone to give me info on my order but no. Safe to say I won't be using them again and if any of my friends ask for a recommendation FUSION will not be one of them...... now 20:30 and they finally answer the phone. Only to be told your order is on its way. I wasn't even finished speaking and they hung up the phone. Finally recieved it at 21:05.

just had the worst Chinese meal EVER. Fusion used to be my favourite Chinese, unfortunately it has gone severely downhill. the food was disgusting. crispy rolls was wet and a soggy mushy mess in the bag amd the curry sauce was like water. then the girl on the phone was beyond rude. won't be buying from there again and will be telling everyone to AVOID. Poor on all levels.

Absolutely horrific. don't order from this "Chinese"food took an age to be delivered.Had to reheat food in the microwave.All the meat was questionable, cheap, chewy and tasteless.And the most pathetic little bag of chips you've ever saw in your life.won't go near this joint again.zero stars.

I used to order from fusion a few years ago.... when it was good. I ordered shredded chilli crispy beef, satay skewers ,chips and a coke. Beef was still raw it wasnt crispy no flavour. The satay skewers had a rubbery feel and the sauce was watery. The chips were also half cooked on a plus side the coke tasted like coke. Thankfully, will never order again a shame it was an amazing takeaway sadly not now.
