Just nipped in for a quick look, ended up there for over an hour buying clothes for several people. Sale was great, ended up my shopping was less than half the usual price. Clothes are always good quality and fit nicely. And they don't lose their shape after washing. I spoke with 3 members of staff who were all friendly and helpful.

I received a birthday treat email giving me 15% off my next purchase. Tried to use it online but cant remember my password. Tried the 'forgot password?' link but never received an email to reset. Sent Fat Face an email and never got a reply. Also asked them if I don't have an account then why do you know my birth date. Not the shops fault but not good customer service and I'm disappointed in Fat Face :(
