The staff were very gracious despite me turning up half an hour late (don't know the area well and Google Maps wasn't working).I was offered coffee whilst waiting for my bleach to set, and again with the colour dye. I was also offered chocolate. Three of the stars are for the coffee and chocolate tbh. ?The professional who saw to me was very friendly and considerate of my comfort.Handy location but not to the point of being loud or feeling like the world can look in and see you halfway through the process looking like a gremlin.I was there for two-tone colour and style. Got exactly what I wanted and asked for, and my hair turned out looking even cooler than I thought it would. Got complimented 5 minutes out the salon on the way home, and have already received many compliments in the 22 hours since.All that, plus reasonable prices and a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend!

Podologist Alyona helped with the problem of ingrown toenails. She told me the reason and raised the sides of the nails to the required level because the nail was curling inward. She showed and told me how to maintain the condition in my case. Thank you.

This review has incurred a cost of 100 pounds for me. I faced a problem with my credit card, resulting in being charged double for this service due to connectivity issues with the payment terminal. While I attempted to resolve this matter with my bank, my experience when addressing the situation with the salon owner was disappointing. Her response was defensive, and she made me feel uncomfortable in front of other clients. Her approach to handling the issue appeared immature and failed to provide a solution. The level of customer service provided was subpar, lacking the ability to effectively address concerns. Unfortunately, the color treatment applied to my hair only maintained its vibrancy for three weeks. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment based on my overall experience.Service: Hairstyling

Stranded in Aberdeen due to vehicle breakdown. Walked in to a warm welcome and one of the best haircuts I have had in decades. Considering this was also a restyle too, it was super affordable, and I am absolutely delighted with my new look. Highly recommended ?
