Rude customer service! There are several ways to pass a message without being condescending.I am editing this with response to your reply. Ain?t nobody broke nothing in your shop! Walked in and was greeted with ? remove your bag o coz anything you break you will pay for it o? ? Having had experiences with people breaking things doesn?t mean you should be rude to everyone else or greet customers with that! Better still get a sign or something that says that.

I must admit, my experience at the hair salon was quite an interesting one. The initial warmth and welcome from the ladies there seemed promising. However, things took a different turn once the actual work began. While patiently waiting for my dreads and braids, I overheard Esther, the salon owner, discussing the synthetic hair with her sister, implying that it might not be suitable for hair. To my surprise, when I questioned this, Esther brushed me off by saying she wasn't speaking to me.Eventually, the ladies did complete their tasks with commendable skill. Everything appeared fine until the following day when my scalp began to itch incessantly. The situation only escalated from there, leading me to develop a severe allergic reaction on my face. Seeking medical help became inevitable, causing further inconvenience. I refrained from revisiting the salon due to time constraints and my lack of enthusiasm for the experience.The only solution left was to painstakingly remove the braids and wash my hair, which took its toll. Remarkably, it took a mere two weeks after wearing the braids for a single week for my allergy to finally subside. Unfortunately, even after the ordeal, I continued to grapple with persistent hair loss. My hair is getting a bit better now, but I am upset it made so much damageIn the end, while the service at the salon might have seemed satisfactory initially, the aftermath of my visit has been far from pleasant. The experience has left me wondering about the choices made and the impact they have had on my well-being.My advice to all is at least to have a test drive with few braids before making the whole head coveredService: Braids
