I went to the shop in the Bon Accord Centre in Aberdeen today.
I'd been having problems with my phone, which I'd bought there, a long time ago. A lovely Assistant, Koney, sat me down and after some time, she sorted the problem with my emails, via Talktalk and the phone's camera and Gallery. She was very friendly, respectful, helpful and extremely patient, bless her. Well done to that young lady! ?

Decided to get broadband. We are both over 60 and have no understanding of how it works . We met Max who explained everything in a way we could understand. Decided after that to get it. What a pleasure to meet you Max . Keep up the good work. Alistair and Michelle.

Bought Xbox gambling bundle for my sons birthday with a 2 year ultimate game pass. The xbox arrived but no game pass, its left him without any games to play. Note this bundle cost me £700+

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was completely ignored for a long time before a staff member finally approached, only to tell me they couldn?t serve me. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they made me wait unnecessarily. Truly awful experience.

I visited the EE store at bon accord centre Aberdeen between 15:15 and 16:15 on Friday the 25th 2024. To transfer my business phone from Three to EE. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite a team of five or six staff members on duty, I found them to be unprofessional and seemingly incompetent. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes. I was directed to a seat. But over the next several minutes. Three other customers arrived after me and were served and dealt with. When they began assisting a forth person I decided to leave.
The management at this store should make it priority to hire and train compenet, professional staff. I've had a phone contract since 1990 when it was just the limited few who had phones with serval different providers and have never experienced such poor service. My 85 Mike round trip was wasted. And until EE addresses these issues, I will be remaining with my current provider.

I made a personal request to EE customer care through online. It was a totally different sensitive matter. They handled it very well without any hassle to the customer. Any organization can handle predefined customer matters at the best. But we can rate of the standard of handling customer matters, the way they handle different scenarios at their work. Therefore, I can rate the EE as superb in customer relations (online). They have superb process in manging customer matters. EE has a surprise humane team. Thank you Team EE. All the best!!
