I highly recommend Eden Florists for any occasion. I have often bought mother's day flowers from Eden and each time they have been absolutely gorgeous! Recently, I asked them to put together an arrangement for my grandmas funeral. I showed Fiona a photo of my grandmas garden and she was so helpful and her creative eye produced a stunning display which was exactly what we wanted. Everybody mentioned how fantastic the flowers were. Thank you Fiona at Eden! Xx

I received a bouquet of flowers from a kindly neighbour on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day it was looking a bit sad and by Boxing day the hydrangeas looked so sad and droopy, the leaves were curled and dead...I called the shop on the morning of 29th Dec and explained to the woman who answered the phone. I received no apology just a very curt send a photo. I did along with a short note saying how disappointed I was. To this day I have heard ABSOLUTEY nothing. Not a cheap of apology. Very poor telephone manner and NO customer care.I would never recommend this place ..I am horrified they took this poor person's money and could not care less about the quality of flowers as it was a holiday and probably thought , like them, that no one would care!!Shocking serviceSad to take the money and run!!! Says a lot about the place.

I ordered an Everlasting Rose in a glass bauble which had white beads on the bottom on which the rose was supposed to be. I placed my order at least 10days before the actual delivery day, it was a gift for my son's partner's birthday. When she got the gift it was in a paper bag, the beads and the rose were at the bottom of the bag, looking like they were just thrown in.To add insult to injury the adhesive price tag was still on the gift as well. I was so disappointed and phoned tocomplain, was told to phone back the following day to speak to someone else. I did this and I was more or less told to like it or lump it. I did suggest they could at least refund me the delivery charge of £7.99 and the very rude person I was dealing with absolutely refused to take any responsibility for the shoddy service. I will never use or recommend this flower shop again.

Asked for a specific type of flower to be placed in the centre of the bouquet, even showed the person a photo and was told "yes we have plenty of those" flowers were received with a completely different flower as the centre piece. This was important to my fiancé who was being gifted the bouquet. I called to ask why this was the case and was told "I just put in what we had" and when I reminded them they said they had what was in the photo, no apology was given and was told if I'm not happy that's not their problem. An absolute joke of a company with rude and very unhelpful staff. Disgusting service. PLEASE AVOID.

Do not use! I placed an order for a special occasion to be sent to a friend. But the bouquet which was received was completely different from the picture, loads of green, very little colour. Poorly put together and delivered in the afternoon after I called up to find out where they were as I requested morning delivery!
