I bought 3 towel rings and a toilet roll holder online, it was free delivery as it was over a certain price however one towel ring was faulty (it happens). So I was inconvenienced by having to go there to refund it, buy a new but the refund takes days to go back on my card more inconvenience but fine. I went to collect it, they couldn't find it after 3/4 people looking as I wait easily over half an hour. So another one gets ordered I went to collect it today. The lady asked for my order number but I didn't have one, she used my phone number and told me it wasn't delivered yet, I then showed delivery confirmation from evri I was there over 20 minutes for a collection that was reordered due to their faulty product and they had the audacity to charge me for a carrier bag. I don't care about the 25p it's the principle. The staff don't seem to have much clue. Poor service.

Dunelm Aberdeen offers a fantastic shopping experience with a wide selection of home furnishings and decor. The store is well-organised, staff are friendly and helpful, and it's easy to find great quality at reasonable prices.

This place is really big and has a huge range of products, always having what I need. Unfortunately, the drive is long and a bit of an inconvenience. Wish there was a location closer to home, but if that's what it takes to ensure quality, then so be it.

poor and unkind customer services ,we are forced to ask to go out though it is 6:55 pm, doors are open and we went inside to buy few things quickly , they said the tills are closed and asked to leave immediately, so unkind and rude, not recommended, check the opening times before you go for the last minute purchases and you may get offended, take note of the unkind and rude staff

Came in to collect an order, was greeted at the door and asked if I was collecting something, and then was given my order really quickly! Staff were very polite as well!
