Ordered a delivery of pizza. Which was fine, and not the issue. App told me it had been delivered, 10 minutes had went by?nothing. So I phoned the store only to be met by a rude employee who cut me off mid conversation several times, when I was just trying to ask for clarification or update - would yell at me ?we?re busy, what do you want me to do? and be blunt. When delivery drive did arrive, maybe 20 minutes after the app had said delivered, I asked the delivery driver for some clarification to which he told me - the guy on the phone is new and maybe didn?t understand me due to a language barrier. That is no excuse to be rude to customers on the phone, let alone yell at them.

Thank you for your very unappetising pizza. I only have one question for the pizzeria staff: How can you send such a low-quality product to a customer?? Who cares if you are busy or not? Maybe close your business if you are too busy?

Pizza was tasty but the only issue was that they only accept card payments and no cash is accepted so it?s important that u pay by card.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Disgusting service and very not helpful
I ordered some food to be delivered and the stress it has caused me is insane I was waiting for my order for over an hour the driver called me 2 times and everytime he phoned he was not listening and very ignorant I had to phone the restaurant 8 times and they weren?t helpful either kittybrewster staff is absolutely ridiculous and revolting behaviour they hung up the phone several times and when they eventually did answer the phone they told me the driver was doing another delivery when I should be the priority considering I ordered ages ago and my food would now arrive freezing cold, I?m so disgusted with how ignorant the staff is and very unprofessional they do not listen to anything you say and would rather hang up the phone and not let you have a word in. I definitely would tell everyone to never buy from kittybrewster ever again!

The staff was Bloddy rude , I have just been asked can I have my garlic herb unfortunately I have been paid for it I haven?t asked the guy as a free or I?m not one of them he just came anger and through ed ok the counter .

Weren?t able to place an order because the staff refused to take it. Waited in front of the place and tried to place an order in person and via phone. The advice of the manger was useless and not helpful at all. I would recommend to go anywhere but here

It's been quite a while since I have been to Domino's Pizza since there is not one close to where we live now but if I went in made my order food will be ready within 15 minutes which was very prompt and quickVegetarian options: Veg o roma pizza

The food wasn?t good at all, we ordered a relatively large order. Which cheese twists and chocolate twist. The pizza was a cheeseburger one. I used to order pizza from Domino?s in London and I absolutely loved it, especially the cheeseburger one. However, when I ordered from here I was disappointed with the food quality, the food was too doughy, not enough products on it, in addition to that it was quite tasteless. Overall, the prices are also very high and the portions are tiny. In conclusion, me and my fiancé decided that this was not worth our money and we won?t be ordering again from here or Domino?s as it ruined our experience and makes us feel sick thinking about it. The service was fine, no complaints, delivered fast, made fast and arrived hot.
