Can't find the waverley place pharmacy page but that is by far the worst patient service, partner tried to pick up adhd meds and they asked for ID and threatened to report my partner for picking up her usual meds. Disgusting attitudes especially not knowing what anyone is going through. You'd think giving out really needed meds they would have a bit of customer service and care.. Not here AVOID.

not very helpful wouldn't give me their email address to send to my health centre in Shetland to request a prescription said they weren't allowed to give it out so how could I get my health centre to email them doesn't make sense very disappointing

The new younger sales assistant is so nice and down to earth. I suffer from anxiety and they are all so nice. And so kind.

Not competent and unrespectful behaviour. They try to change our prescriptions. Not acceptable.

Never have pills on time have wait days for them and when do go get then never In I just now moved to new pharmacy not nice people to talk to if could give 0 I would unhappy with dickies in torry
