Came in here to purchase a sofa had a browse around. At one point noticed someone going to approach us but then she was told not to bother by what looked like a male manager an older guy i over heard him. He swiftly told the lady not to bother as we're not going to buy anything anyway. Il have you know I had plenty of cash on me to purchase a sofa as I'm in desperate need for one I happily walked out at that point took myself to oak furniture land across the car park and purchased one from them instead!. Who are professional and dont judge there customers. I would not reccomend coming in here since these unprofessional people have big mouths and are horrible,

Came in here to buy a sofa. Had the money for one. But as I was walking around a lady was going to approach me to help me but the manger stoped her and said clearly don't bother shes not going to buy anything looking at me in disgust. Absolutely disgraceful because am young am guessing. Won't spend my money with them ever again. I'll take my cash elsewhere.

Very happy with our new sofa. Delivery great, on time and very kind. Two lads put everything together in our living room and tidy up all cardboard boxes and plastic bags.

Myself and my partner went in for a sofa, we are in our early 20s, new home owners and were ready to buy a sofa. We were purposefully loud about the sofa we wanted. Not one salesman came over to speak to us and in fact they ignored us on purpose as they asked older couples who came in after us what they were in for. All 4 sales people walked past us propping up cushions however did not bother to engage with us at all. I would not have bothered to leave a review however the exact same thing happened last week. To make matters worse when we walked past afterwards the entire staff were sat on sofas at the front of the shop looking at their phones. Extremely unprofessional service.

Delivery nightmare. The two men straight up refused to deliver the couch into our lounge even though we paid for that service and they left all the cardboard and plastic in our home which we paid even more for that to be removed. The couch was measured so it would fit up the stairs into the lounge but the two men were not willing to try or even measure themselves. We bought the couch due to being sold that it would fit. And it did! Myself and my partner managed fine with zero damage to walks, stairs or couch. After DFS investigation I have been told a bunch of lies that the two men told their investigators and will not be refunded my money for the services which I paid extra for and did not receive. Very poor. As someone who doesn?t write reviews, and lives an honest life, this is worthy of a honest and harsh review. This investigation has taken almost a month.

Beware of the colour you order. Ordered a 2 seater recliner in pewter aka grey, sofa came and looks green (with one side looking new the other looking like it has been sat on for months already) . Staff member tried to say he said to take swatch to the window but he 100% didn?t so the lighting in store gives a false representation of colour basically. Sofa arrived more than 12 weeks later, one week in one side of the recliner makes a very odd noise on reclining, DFS say they will send someone, which they did, and he ordered a part which I have waited weeks and weeks for. The sofa is now making a noise on the right recliner also. Do I regret buying from DFS, absolutely, would I shop there again 100% a no from me-expensive sofas but cheaply made and pretty poor quality!!

Absolute joke, ordered a sofa weeks ago and said would be here 13th of December, hubby has been calling them every day as no one returning calls, so he goes in today to ask what is happening, it's not going to be in Glasgow till the 7th of January and then it has to be shipped up to Aberdeen, still with no exact delivery date! Well you can keep the sofa and we will take our money elsewhere. Absolute liars!
