She is patient and helps with your next appointment.The dental staff will make sure you can communicate discomfort while doing work on you. They make sure you are still alright periodically.They liaise with your GP so you can get help with anxiety etc if you need to to help the experience be less distressing for those who don't cope at dentists well. They explain the wait for procedures that can have sedation.The wait for referral was quite short which was brilliant and I was seen quickly. I wasn't made to feel bad for waiting several years after a terrible experience with a previous dentist. They understood that difficulty. I can only say good about this dentist. They really eased my trust back into getting people to see my teeth.”
