Came in a week ago to get a carpet for one of our rental properties. Was rushed of my feet that day and was looking for advice, price and time to get it done. Met with Bill in store who sorted me out on the spot, great advice with no messing about.In house fitters arrived this morning - they called in advance to say they were on way.New grippers, underlay and carpet laid faster than the time it took me to lift the old grippers.No hassle, friendly and tidy Also gave me a bit of advice on another flooring issue I had.Great firm. Can?t recommend enough. Will be back

First class service. After sales service was excellent, unlike big chains. I had a small quibble about installation and they came and sorted it out at no extra cost within a few days.

Amazing service. I needed to get a carpet for my stairs as my dog has just recently been diagnosed with the start of arthritis so wanted to make it all safer for her.The whole process of choosing the carpet, getting the quote and fitting was done in less than a week.Very friendly, great local business. I'll definitely be back soon xx

They listen to what you actually are looking for them offer guidance without being pushy. Fitters are in-house and quoted price includes underlay and fitting so no hidden costs. Time scales are well communicated. Will be using again.

William Mullen trading as Dee carpets limited was hired by me to renew a carpet for my seriously disabled mother who lived on her own.The work was inspected by me the following day and was horrified at the standard of work carried out.The carpet was completely uneven around the edges of the whole room there was a large bump every 6 inches.We had the work independently assessed by two separate professional carpet companies who told us it was the worst job they had ever seen.We relayed all this information to Dee carpet company but Mr Mullen did not even bother to check the work carried out by his employee at any stage.My mother paid Dee carpets hundreds of pounds for the carpet which had to be ripped up and thrown in the skip.

Really happy with our new living room carpet. The fitter were quick with amazing results, went the extra mile with even helping us to lift a heavy bit of furniture. Wish I'd used Dee Carpets sooner & definitely won't be going anywhere else.

We couldn't be happier with service provided so far. Bill has been extremely helpful and took the extra time to explain the pros and cons of each style of carpet we were interested in. Fair and up front pricing with a huge selection of samples. Highly recommend.We have not yet had our carpet installed so I cannot comment on that. I will edit this post once that is completed.
