No obvious signs at all that there?s a 3 hr max stay for the car park?! My local club is free parking. Got a £60 parking fine even though I?m a member of David Lloyd.

Simply brilliant; too many facilities to mention but the gym, pool/spa and tennis (and badminton) courts are exceptional. The introductory free Personal Trainer sessions to set up a personalised training program was particularly useful.
There are so many exercise/yoga/pilates classes for all ages/abilities which run every day, including most early mornings and evenings, so fits in with our schedule.
The kids love the pool and other activities designed especially for them, particularly the family exercise and swimming sessions.
There are various member run activities and a decent social scene, even if the selection of food and drinks is a little limited, but that's not important for us.
Membership Seemed quite pricey at first but, between the gym, pool, spa, exercise classes and sports, there's more than enough for four of us to enjoy three or four times a week, so we certainly get our monies worth. And best of all, it?s making a real difference to our levels of fitness and energy levels.
Special thanks to Luke - he made joining easy, configured a package that works for us and his energy is infectious.

We recently joined David Lloyd Aberdeen as a family. Matt, Sales Manger, was so friendly when showing us round all the facilities and we didn't feel rushed or pressured in anyway.
The club is spotless and staff are welcoming and helpful. The range of classes and equipment is plentiful. If you have younger children, the kids club activities and team are incredible. The kids classes are timed along with the adults classes.
My little one has started swimming lessons with Lucy and is enjoying these far more than her previous swimming class.
I've yet to have my first PT training session I met with Gemma for my induction and she was extremely encouraging.
We love the pool and and always have lots of fun as a family. The spa area is also kept very clean and never feels crowded. I'm so glad we joined.

The Club is very modern and equipped with all the neccesary items. Swimming area is nice and large and the spa is really great to relax in. Matt was great, showed me around the Club and patiently answered all my questions. He was really nice and great chat as well. I cannot recommend him and the facilities enough. Very happy to be a client

Recently joined. Was shown around initially by Luke who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of classes available. Gym is well laid out and spacious. One point that needs attention though. The beginner Pickleball classes need an instructor if you want to get people to improve. We went and didn?t have a clue what we were doing.

After much procrastination and deliberation, we joined David Lloyd Aberdeen as a family - 2 adults and 2 kids - 12 and 13. Since joining, I've been astonished at our new found enthusiasm for exercise, swimming and, especially, yoga and pilates.
The 'Club' offers an excellent range of mixed ability classes throughout the day but, as you might expect, we spend most time in the gym - turns out we're actually quite competitive - and the kids spend most of their time in the pool.
Most visits close with us relaxing in the sauna or steam room followed by a more sociable 20 minutes in the jacuzzi.
The Club is superbly equipped and the free personal trainer sessions have been invaluable in learning how to use the equipment and setting some realistic and achievable goals.
Yes, there are a few ?lycra posers?, but there are even more normal people so, yes, they really do cater for all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes.
Almost all the equipment that?s needed is provided free of charge. There?s even plenty of free water available. We also make good use of the badminton and pickleball courts. In time, we hope to get fit enough to try tennis and some of the more challenging exercise classes.
But not everything is perfect; many of the classes are so popular you have to be quick to secure your bookings. However, I?m assured this is only an issue during holiday season when quite a few instructors are on holiday. Bookings etc. are done on the app which, thankfully, is very straight forward to use.
The food is reasonably priced and surprisingly tasty, and there?s a decent selection for the kids. The absence of draught beer is disappointing but perhaps understandable.
The early opening and late closing means that we usually manage 3 or 4 visits each week, although kids aren?t allowed in the pool for the early morning and later evening sessions.
The membership fees seemed quite pricey but, on reflection, given the motivation to exercise, the new energy and enthusiasm for a healthier lifestyle and, of course, getting the kids away from their ipads, mobiles and laptops to new activities and interests, it really is very fair value. We opted to pay for the Platinum level membership; we didn?t want any barriers to making sure we would visit as often as possible.
If you?re thinking of joining, talk to Luke, one of the membership team, he was particularly helpful in sorting out everything for us and finding the membership option that worked best for us.
All in, the place has a really nice and friendly atmosphere. The mix of ages and body types has really helped with our confidence in using a gym and joining the exercise classes. My only regret is that we didn?t join a few years ago.
Definitely 5 stars from us.

Joined recently and had an excellent experience so far - a good range of facilities which are always kept impeccably clean and staff are always welcoming and pleasant. Matt did our initial tour of the gym and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and helping us decide which membership was best for us. I used my Kickstarter vouchers (3* free session on signing up) for PT sessions with Will, who was excellent in coming up with an initial programme for the gym for me.

Lovely clean facilities and a range of great classes every day. Wish I had joined long before now! Friendly staff, and Jordan in the membership team went above and beyond. Thank you!

I've recently rejoined David Lloyd Aberdeen, and a big part of that decision was down to Luke. From the very start, nothing has ever been a bother for him. He's proactive, always thinking about what's best for the client, and there's a real sense of trust and honesty in the way he operates.
Luke originally signed me up the first time, and now I?m back ? largely because of the great rapport he?s built with our family. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional yet warm, and always greets you with a smile. A real asset to the team!

just joined David Lloyd Aberdeen. Staff have been wonderful from Luke who we met with initially to Kyle the trainer for training sessions. Everyone seems friendly and helpful and club feels spacious, clean and welcoming.
Only tried the gym so far but looking forward to trying some classes and the pool. All in all a very positive experience.
