Went in today to buy something at £100, just wanted to ask a couple questions before buying. An easy customer but when I approached a member of staff he told me there was a queue and that he would be with me in a moment. Waited around 15 minutes with several members of staff just wondering around doing nothing passing by and chatting to each other. Terrible customer service, the store needs new employees who have enthusiasm to sell items instead of ignoring customers and continuing to chat to each other.

Late notification of order arriving at store. Attended and Staff were quick to process the order and off I went new iMac. Cheaper than Apple Store, John Lewis and Amazon.Impressed

Berryden Aberdeen: Excellent service from Susan and also Tim who helped out. I had the number of the dryer I wanted to view. Sadly not in stock. Susan guided me through the purchase process and integrated offers. Apparently shop floor is not Susan?s primary skill. She was working on something else. However she took care of me and answered all questions. When unsure she took the trouble to get answers. Many thanks, very happy. Wife too. Happy wife = happy life.

Bought a computer, paid for data transfer it has taken 6 days! There is no way of contacting the store, if you call you go a call centre. We had repeated promises of when it would ready, several wasted trips. When I called to collect I was kept waiting for ages. Go elsewhere.
