Had the most amazing stay here.
Staff have been exceptionally friendly.
The room was large, nice, and clean with good amenities.
The restaurant has been the best bit with an exceptional roast lamb. And the complimentary breakfasts in the morning have been top class.
Will be making the 9 hour drive again to stay

6 months ago decided to try the Cults Hotel since then been about 30 to 40 times the food has been fantastic not once have we left without a feeling of total satisfaction I would like to praise the kitchen for their consistency
And for the management and the the staff service is excellent and shows they obviously care about the customers the new management have really lifted the bar well done I have no affiliation with this hotel

The service was superb that we received.The food was good. The only problem is we had to wait a bit long for or food. I feel the price is a bit steep for a 3 star rated hotel. Also very limited parking which not much can be done about, but if there were adequate parking, I do believe it would be even busier

The wheelchair access is desperately in need of repair. The concrete ramp is full of pot holes and the edge at the cobblestones has completely disinterested. If you have a wheelchair or mobility issues the disrepair of the access is the first hurdle to overcome. The lack of concern or interest when mentioned to staff is also very concerning.

We visited the Cults Hotel as a family of 14 for a Boxing Day Dinner. The room, service and food were all excellent. Thanks to Libby for arranging our get together which went seamlessly x would certainly recommend

Recently stayed at the hotel before attending a business meeting the next day. Happy with my stay, the staff were friendly. The room was perfect for my requirements & was very quiet. I left my watch at the hotel and they called to let me know & kept it safe until i could get back later in the day to collect. Would stay again.
