We had a problem with our Vango Castlewood Airbeam Tent and within a week it was all sorted. We are very happy with our new replacement tent and would 100% recommend this seller. They went above and beyond what you would normally expect to help with our problem. Communication with them was straight forward, replying to the emails straight away. Fantastic! My partner and I came in today and received excellent service from Keely. We were welcomed with a very atmosphere and Keely was a great help. We came in looking for new hiking boots and after listening to our needs Keely supplied us with a range of boots for us to try, we received great information on every boot we were given. It is clear that the staff at Craigdon are very knowledgeable of the stock they supply. We were also given helpful tips on other equipment which we were interested in. Both of us left happy with our new boots thanks to the support we were given. I strongly recommend supporting an independent retailer such as Craigdon. An added note that we appreciated was the AI free guarantee that the shop operate under.

In today to get kitted out for ?new to walking in the hills?. I hate getting new shoes, shoes never fit. Well, they couldn?t have been more helpful, from fitting boots that actually fit, to advice on layers and waterproofs. Highly recommend.

Craigdon Mountain Sports exceeded all my expectations on Sunday. The service was absolutely exceptional. Greg was so patient, knowledgable and friendly. He took the time necessary to fit my boots properly as well as identifying potential issues I may have with my feet. Measuring every insole with my foot before I tried it on, as well as giving me invaluable and unbiased advice about what boot would suit me best. I hope Craigdon Mountain Sports values Greg as an employee, he's a star! Thanks a million!

Went in today to get some new walking shoes and Keely knocked it out of the park. After discussing my needs, she recommended various brands, styles and sizes - explaining the different features of each - until we found the perfect pair.
She also recommended a pair of insoles that would help support my feet on longer walks, which was much appreciated.
Can't wait to get the shoes on again and go out for a walk!
