I visited the store to collect my £170 jacket that I had ordered and received brilliant service up until then. I made them aware that I was looking for some hiking trousers to go with my jacket, I received no response or help. Once I had selected a pair to try on there was still no help with any questions I had!
To finish it off the price on their website and in store was completely different and I was told they wouldn?t match that! What a shame as I had high expectations from such an established brand.

Visited on the 15th July for a boot fitting appointment. Was served by a lovely girl called Karen. She listened to exactly what I wanted the boots for and the requirements I had. After measuring my feet and explaining the 3D scan and reassuring me that I was not a hobbit she showed the patience of a saint. She brought 4 pairs of boots and thoroughly explained the features and befits of each pair. She checked the fitting of each pair and decided to go down a half size. After comparing the boots - wearing a left and a right from each pair to compare and walking up and down the wee ramp front ways, side ways and even baby running steps and jumping up and down, and a lesson in different ways to tie your laces,we managed to choose the perfect pair.
I like to live on the edge so didn?t break them in and went straight up the hills today and my goodness this girl did her job - really comfy pair of boots! Thoroughly recommend this service. Appointment took 1.25 hours and at no point did I feel pressured or an inconvenience. In fact all 3 members of staff that I met all chatted away to me. Lovely shop and staff. I?ll be back!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped me out with a shoe fitting issue I had, taking the time to analyse and fix the problem and also recommend shoes based on my foot shape.

Only place in Aberdeen along with Craigdon Mountain Sports that sells top quality equipment, shoes and clothing. Albeit you will pay a premium for the brands they stock but they will almost certainly not only last longer but perform better than cheaper competitors. Extremely knowledgable & helpful staff.

Do not recommend.
They do not accept returns without labels even though the jacket was in fact broken.
They sent it to warehouse for tests and said they need to return the jacket back to me refusing refund or replacement.
When they did send the jacket back it got lost in the post and was stolen.
Got my refund in the end.
Bunch of rude, patronising horrible people. Went on for months.
I?ll never return to the store
