Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. After listening to what I needed and my preferences, the store assistant offered to measure my feet, with a very sophisticated electronic tool. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything fitting in the store so I was advised to check online or on the brand website, which was slightly disappointing. However, the customer service was excellent.

Although the goods that they sell were very good in my opinion they charge a lot more than shops that sell the same specialised clothes and merchandise

Plenty of space in store & goods attractively displayed.A wee bit pricier than some outdoor shops. Also, I'd to go downstairs to try things on as the only changing room upstairs was occupied for ages.Staff were nice/helpful.

My partner and I had an exceptional experience with Robert, going through options for walking boots. Robert is a font of knowledge. We learnt so much about aspects of walking boots and came away with our dream boots and the parting line ?Get out there!? Robert, with your help, we certainly will get out there, thank you! The Cotswold Outdoor in Aberdeen is a lovely place I especially liked looking at the camping gear for my trip, and the staff here were lovely in assisting me with this, I'm glad to see the shop is still here and it's a great place for those who are looking for quality goods.

Excellent service from Robert today when I came in the Aberdeen shop with my son who is doing Duke of Edinburgh. Robert's knowledge and advice about walking boots was invaluable. He was very kind and spent ages with us giving additional advice about hiking. Thank you

Good store and selection of itemsCamping section could have more optionsWatersports is advertised but no products in storeExpensive when compared to other retailers but offers discounts and sales etc.Way too much summer fashion in store just now and most items don't ha e price tags
