I do not doubt that the person who provided a free NHS test for me is a great Optician. However as a student who is a foreigner I was shocked to be met with such a mean response when asking about being able to get my prescription to get glasses elsewhere. Wonderful optician with the most incredible service from Fiona today. I have never been to an optician in my 31 years however have had recurring eye issues due to an eyelash glue allergy a couple months ago.
