Order online over half item out of stock. Can understand a few bit being unavailable but not half the order . Very disappointing. Clearly no stock control why alow online click and collect order if you don't have stock .

My son has received foreign coins in his change on numerous occasions from this shop and when I tried to speak to the assistant manager about it I was totally dismissed , told my son was a liar because they check the coins in tills every MORNING! (it was evening time when my son visited the store) He threatened to call the police and said i was banned from store. I logged a complaint with head office .
Two days later my son went to the shop for milk and the same assistant manager stopped him outside shop asked his name and then told him to " take your custom to the spar because of the issue with your dad the other day and stay away from this store!"
My son was upset and came home crying. I reported him again to head office. This guys behaviour is DISGUSTING and I'm furious that he spoke to my son the way he did!
Head office stated that foreign coins being passed is a very common issue that happens ALL THE TIME!!
