This Chemist is terrible. From the bad mannered insulant male Chemist, to the incompetent black girl who served me last Saturday.On occasion they've lost my prescription and put me home with someone else's medication. Also the small black girl with no manners or smile, or people skills, or training, didn't even look for what I was asking for in the shop. Hadn't a clue! It took another member of the public in the queue to point it out. Oh for some decent service and caring staff!.

Went in to see if my migraine medication was in, a medication I?ve been on since I was 16 (zolmitripton) but due to the holidays etc there?s been a mix up with my repeat prescription, meaning I?ve went 3 weeks without my migraine medication. I?ve spent £50 this month alone buying sumatripton over the counter which doesn?t work as great and was told by another pharmacy that my usual pharmacy (clear) should be giving me an emergency prescription as I am on a repeat prescription. When I went in today to ask about this, as my repeat presciption still apparently hasn?t made it to the pharmacy, the pharmacist ( a middle aged woman, with an accent and dyed bob hair) told me she ?wasn?t comfortable? prescribing me my migraine medication as it wasn?t regularly prescribed. I get it every two weeks, the only reason it wasn?t ?regularly prescribed? is because of the mix up that has made it necessary for me to ASK for an emergency prescription. Instead of actually talking to me, she shook her head and just kept repeating she was uncomfortable prescribing a MIGRAINE medication. Will be taking this further as the woman was absolutely rude and now I have to go even longer without much needed migraine medication.Want to note that the pharmacists and those who work during the week are amazing.

Generally a good pharmacy but please stop making me read out my address when there are other people in the shop. You should get people to write it down. I don?t want the store knowing my address. Very simple confidentiality measure

Great pharmacy with lovely staff members, it has lots of products which is ideal and their shop is very good! There are lots of good services that are provided here, they are always happy to help and this pharmacy is efficient in getting medications ready, giving correct estimation time for items to be ordered and professional in all their actions.

I was told by my GP that I could pick up my a new prescription from here. We chose this as it's the clostest option meaning I don't have to travel far.I woke up today to check what time the pharmacy was open and to my surprise it was already closed. I am someone who struggles with depression which can make it extremely hard to get up earlier some days, so by the time I've managed to actually get up, the pharmacy is already closed and it's only 2PM. Now I have to wait until monday to get the prescription I should have had today. It would be nice to see this place open for more than 4 hours on a saturday, or even just the times changed so that they're open a little later in the day rather than only late morning to early afternoon

Chose this chemist to have nhs24 send an urgent prescription to as its advertised as open. Got there and it has a sign on the door saying it?s closed. Now back in the waiting system to get a new prescription from nhs24.Please update your online status when your closed, could save a lot of stress!
