Booked travel assessment and got my travel vacs the same day. Lady was very knowledgeable about the types of vaccinations required for my holiday and was friendly and professional. Never been to this pharmacy before but it has a shop and a cafe downstairs. It was a good experience, after getting my vaccination I was offered a complimentary coffee which was nice. I had a cupcake but it wasn?t the best, the icing was very solid like it had been kept in freezer and not defrosted enough and it was quite pricy (£3) for a tiny cake. but other than that it?s a good place and I?d feel comfortable coming here for health advice in future.

Great service. Had my ears cleaned, instant relief from being blocked.
I also visited Olga, the foot care nurse. Really friendly and helpful. Did a great job. I'd highly recommend Olga .?
In general all the staff and the services that they provide are fantastic.

My girlfriend and I went in for some passport pictures when we saw it advertised on the street. We asked the staff how to do it and she was very friendly and took the photos for us.
Unfortunately price was never discussed so when we got to the counter we were shocked when the photos we £15 each. We left really frustrated and it ruined our day.
We would never have expected this to be double to triple the going price. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere.

Had some toasties and coffee here,very nice. Polite and friendly lady served my friend and I. Bought some Xmas decorations while we were there, some lovely Xmas gifts.

This pharmacy in Union Street Aberdeen, has got a pharmacy on the ground floor, a lower ground floor with typical products from Scotland, some specifically for tourists. There were also soaps, candles and lotions from small Scottish very good quality suppliers.There is an amazing display of teddy bears many of them from the German company Steiff.There is also a cafe at the basement where you can get cakes, biscuits, sweet treats, soup, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and panini, plus drinks
